FREE STANDARD USPS SHIPPING WITHIN THE U.S.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING is available, but the customer pays the difference here.

You can expect shipping to take the usual number of days for the United States Postal Service during the Holidays.

We will try to get your order fulfilled just as soon as humanly possible.  Around Christmas, timing is everything.  We get it.  We will be in constant contact with you as we prioritize your order.

And if, at the last minute, the posting of your ornament doesn't work for you time-wise, we will refund your money for any shipment delays.  You deserve transparency in the fulfillment of your order.  We would want the same.

We love returns.  It means that someone out there in the big, wide world has tried something new and has trusted in "the system" to deliver.  When that delivery underwhelms -- for whatever reason -- we will cheerfully refund your money.  Thanks for giving us the chance.
